Sleep - The golden chain that ties health & body

For any work body mind co-ordination is very important.Proper sleep also gives some fresh in your body and mind .Body and mind both are interrelated  with each other.Both body and mind are simultaneously activated by Sleep only.Sleeping ,by placeing your head on East direction,one will feel very much comfort,very happy,as how he is in his native place.If you are going out station for any business purpose place your head on west direction for sleep.If you are going to stay some where in your friend's or relative's house place your head on north direction.
Sleep by left side,and the breath will go by the right side of your body,that leads you to good sleep and proper body heat.Research says that most kidney stones forms during night time,so if there is lack of sleep it will trouble you by forming kidney stones.Always sleep in night time only,don't sleep in day time.sleeping in day time will not subside your body heat ,and that will rheumatic diseases.
